LACERA publishes and mails two quarterly newsletters—Pathways for active members and Spotlight for retired members—to keep you updated.
9/18 Morning Closure: Due to a company-wide event, our Member Service Center (MSC) will be closed all day on 9/18. Additionally, our Member Services Call Center and Retiree Healthcare Call Center will each be open 1:45 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Our MSC and call centers will resume regular working hours 9/19.
